[Monitoring] The Senior Senior Care EHR had a major service disruption from 1:56AM to 4:15AM EST. Systems are online and we continue to monitor.

[Identified] Senior Care EHR is recovering from a major service disruption. Systems are recovering but still experiencing slow response times. We are still in progress of resolving residual impacts and bringing systems fully online, there may be functionality still affected. Further updates will be provided as they become available.

[Monitoring] Integrated messaging inbound and outbound of the Core EHR has been restored. Queues of messages may take some time to process the backlog. We continue to monitor systems for health and proper resumption of service.
